It’s not just one of the best places to stay in Algarve, it’s also one of the best resorts in the world. That’s according to different international distinctions, such as “world’s leading luxury green resort” at the World Travel Awards, two Michelin stars for one of its ten restaurants, and one of Condé Nast Traveler magazine’s choices of the world’s best spa resorts. It stands on a clifftop above two small, romantic beaches (Praia dos Tremoços and Praia dos Beijinhos), so it naturally attracts couples. The location allows you to explore the beautiful beaches of the Lagoa region, or you can just enjoy days in the sun, in the swimming pools, surrounded by a tropical garden. The architecture is inspired by Moorish and traditional Algarve, but the rooms and suites feature a contemporary style. It’s constantly updating its services and facilities, so return guests can always experience something new.
